REGULAR MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 15, 1987 <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />City Controller Michael L. Vance submitted Claim Docket No. 13675 <br />through Claim Docket No. 13926 and recommended approval. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, <br />the claims were approved and the report filed. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR: <br />QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS REGARDING OPERATION OF WASTEWATER <br />TREATMENT PLANT <br />Mr. Joseph Guentert, 3510 Corby Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana, <br />addressed the Board with his concerns and questions about the <br />management of the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Mr. Leszczynski <br />responded to Mr. Guentert's questions regarding employees at the <br />plant and their role, the role of Ten Ech and the possibility of <br />providing a primary treatment facility at the New Energy plant <br />site. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:35 a.m. <br />A <br />J hn E.
