�7 REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 4. 1987 The Agreement provides that legal services, up to a maximum of six (6) hours per month, would be available for a fixed fee of $300.00 per month during the July 1, 1987 through June 30, 1988 period. Legal services exceeding the $300.00 monthly limit may be available at a rate of $50.00 per hour pending the approval of the JTP Board of Directors. Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar advised that the terms and amount of the above referred to Agreement are the same as the prior Agreement with JTP. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the Agreement as submitted was approved and executed. APPROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADDENDA The following Community Development Addenda were presented to the Board for approval: ADDENDUM I YOUNG WOMEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION WOMEN'S CRISIS SHELTER ACTIVITY Addendum I adds $10,000.00 to original contract amount of $17,300.00. ADDENDUM I REAL SERVICES, INC. OLDER ADULT CRIME VICTIM COUNSELING ACTIVITY Addendum I adds $1,500.00 to original contract amount of $8,650.00. ADDENDUM I LA SALL_E PARK DISTRICT COUNCIL, INC. LA SALLE-FILLMORE NEIGHBORHOOD ACTIVITY Addendum I adds $6,000.00 to original contract amount of $5,000.00 and adds maintenance as an eligible cost category. ADDENDUM I CANCO, INC. CANCO, INC. ACTIVITY Addendum I adds $5,000.00 to this activity for a new contract amount of $26,000.00. CANCO provides treatment and counseling for abusive parents. ADDENDUM I MADISON CENTER, INC. RAPE CRISIS COUNSELING Addendum I adds $5,000.00 to the original contract amount of $20,550.00 for a new contract amount of $25,550.00. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the above referred to Addenda were approved and executed. AWARD BID - ONE (1) 28,000 G.V.W. RESCUE UNIT - SOUTH BEND FIRE DEPARTMENT Fire Chief Luther Taylor advised the Board that after careful review of the one (1) bid received on June 23, 1181 for the above referred to rescue unit, he recommends that the Board accept the bid of McCoy Miller, Inc., 53404 Co. Road 13, Elkhart, Indiana, in the amount of $93,558.84 with trade. Chief Taylor informed the Board that McCoy Miller was the only bidder and submitted two cab and chassis options, neither of which met specifications. McCoy Miller, therefore, provided an alternate choice as follows which Chief Taylor recommends be accepted and approved:
