Fund shall remain in the Fund to be used for the permitted purposes of <br />the Fund. <br />(d) Any monies remaining at the end of the fiscal year shall not revert to <br />the General Fund or any other Fund. <br />SECTION II. In all other ways, Ordinance #9907-09 shall be unaffected by this <br />amendment and it remains in full force and effect. <br />SECTION III.
