ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING JANUARY 4, 2016 <br />REAPPOINTMENT OF COUNCIL ATTORNEY FOR 2016 <br />Councilmember John Voorde made a motion to retain Attorney Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand as <br />Council Attorney for 2016. Councilmember Randy Kelly seconded the motion. The motion <br />carried by a voice vote of six (6) ayes. <br />Councilmember John Voorde made a motion to retain Adrian Rodriguez as Legal Research <br />Assistant for the Council for 2016. Councilmember Scott seconded the motion.
