Eckrich, Adams Road Development II Corporation, <br />51013 Gumwood Rd., Granger, Indiana 46530. The Consent indicates that in consideration for <br />permission to tap into public water and sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide water and <br />sanitary sewer service to the above referenced subdivision at Bradford Shores, Section III (Key 4 <br />71-04-18-200-001.000-003/002-1014-0273), the Adam's Road Development If Corporation <br />(David Eckrich) waive(s) and release(s) any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any <br />pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Relos <br />made a motion that the Consent be approved.
