Amaral, 205 West <br />Jefferson Boulevard, Suite 204, South Bend, Indiana, on behalf of <br />Memorial Health <br />Properties, Inc., of 425 North,Michigan Street, <br />South Bend, Indiana has requested an Easement over Bartlett <br />Street for the installation of a telephone line. <br />Mr. Leszczynski <br />made a motion that the request of Memorial Health <br />Properties, Inc. <br />be denied and they be instructed to install said <br />telephone line underground.
