Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the report as submitted was <br />filed. <br />FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY REPORT - JANUARY <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Vance and <br />carried, the Humane Society report for the month of January was <br />accepted for filing as submitted. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of twenty (20) properties cleaned from February 2, 1987 <br />thru February 6, 1987, was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mrs. <br />DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the Certificates of Insurance for Rieth-Riley <br />Construction Co., Inc., P.O. Box 477, Goshen, Indiana, and Edward <br />J. White, Inc., 1011 South Michigan Street, South Bend, Indiana, <br />were accepted and filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. John W.
