µe�`G <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 3, 1987 <br />It was noted that on January 20, 1987, Mrs. Castellon requested <br />that the Board table the public hearing regarding this vacation <br />for a period of thirty (30) days in order for the affected <br />property owners to discuss this matter. <br />Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mrs. <br />DeClercq and carried, the request of Mrs. Castellon to withdraw <br />the Vacation Petition was accepted and filed. <br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATIONS - RUBBISH AND GARBAGE <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the following two (2) Rubbish and <br />Garbage license applications have been received: <br />1. William Cowman <br />56150 Butternut Rd., S.B. <br />2. John H. McClain <br />110 S. Iowa St., S.B. <br />It was noted that inspections of the trucks to be used had been <br />conducted by the Solid Waste Bureau and all applicants were found <br />to be in compliance. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded <br />by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the above license applications were <br />approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's office for <br />issuance of licenses. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Vance and <br />carried, the following five (5) traffic control devices were <br />approved: <br />1. NEW INSTALLATION, STOP SIGN - On Sherrill at Kendall. <br />("T" Intersection). <br />2. NEW INSTALLATION, STOP SIGN - On Sherrill at Chapin. <br />("T" Intersection). <br />3. NEW INSTALLATION, STOP SIGN - On Garden Ln. at Scenic Dr. <br />("T" Intersection). <br />4. NEW INSTALLATION, STOP SIGN - On Sylvan Lane at Scenic Dr. <br />("T" Intersection). <br />5. NEW INSTALLATION, STOP SIGN - On Floral Place at Ford St. <br />("T" Intersection). <br />APPROVE RELEASE OF CONTRACTOR'S BOND <br />Mr. Melvin Humphrey, Engineering Department, recommended that the <br />Contractor's Bond for Ronald Schmanke be released effective <br />February 11, 1987. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the above Contractor's Bond <br />was released. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMIT <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the following one (1) handicapped parking permit <br />application was approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's <br />office for issuance of a permit: <br />1. A.J. Davis <br />509 S. Falcon St., S.B. <br />
