However, the Proposal submitted by <br />Madison Center provides more benefits including development and <br />training, intake and counseling and follow-up provided in their <br />facility. She stated that she had monitored the Michiana <br />Employee Assistance program and took into account the services <br />currently provided and those offered by Madison Center. Based on <br />that information, it is being recommended that the City approve. <br />the Proposal with Madison Center. She noted that this Proposal <br />would provide a $5,000.00 savings to the City over the current <br />program. <br />In a letter to the Board, Michael L. Vance, Director, <br />Administration and Finance, advised that the cost of services <br />proposed by Michiana Employee Assistance amounted to little over <br />
