REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 17, 1988 <br />- Cleveland Road at Brick Road Intersection Improvements <br />- Inwoods Block Re -landscaping <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the above referred to Title Sheets were approved and <br />signed. <br />APPROVE CONTRACTOR'S BOND if <br />Mr. Melvin Humphrey, Engineering Department, recommended that the <br />Contractor's Bond for David P. Fisher be approved retroactive to <br />October 11, 1988. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the above Contractor's <br />Bond was approved. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job <br />Training Program, submitted a list containing ninety-two (92) <br />claims, Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring, submitted <br />Claim Docket No. 14313 through Claim Docket No. 14562 and Voucher <br />Nos. 675-712 for the Bureau of Wastewater, Voucher Nos. 742-786 <br />for the Bureau of Sewers and Voucher Nos. 37-40 for the Bureau of <br />Solid Waste were submitted for approval. Therefore, upon a <br />motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and <br />carried, the claims and vouchers were approved and the reports as <br />submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:02 a.m. <br />Wi hn—E-.—L - s z c z yUk <br />ATTEST: <br />Sandra M.
