Woodworks Released Eff. 9/28/88 <br />EXCAVATION BOND <br />- Michiana Sewer Service <br />Approved Eff. 8/8/88 <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the above bonds were approved and/or released. <br />FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY MONTHLY REPORT - JULY <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of the <br />Humane Society Monthly report for the month of July. Mrs. <br />Patricia E. DeClercq, Director, Department of Code Enforcement, <br />informed members of the Board that the report submitted is in the <br />new format as requested by the City for a number of months and <br />contains specific information about the number of animals <br />picked -up in the City as well as the number of animals brought in <br />by citizens. The report also indicates the addresses and the <br />types of animals picked -up during the month. Mrs. DeClercq <br />stated that she is very pleased with the format of the new <br />report. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the report as submitted <br />was accepted for filing. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Anderson Electric <br />Company, Inc., 140 S.
