r REGULAR MEETING JUNE 13, 1988 Committee has found that the following companies have met the requirements of the South Bend Affirmative Action Ordinance: 1. Audio Specialists, Inc. d/b/a Computer Specialists 401 North Michigan Street South Bend, Indiana 46601 4. Bethel Business Machines, Inc. 124 Lincolnway East Mishawaka, Indiana 46545 5. PC Service & Sales 716 South Main Street South Bend, Indiana 46618 6. The Robert Henry Corporation 404 South Frances Street P.O. Box 1407 South Bend, Indiana 7. Casteel Construction Corporation P.O. Box 628 23186 West Ireland Road South Bend, IN 8. Hale Corporation operating as Business Communication Center 333 South Michigan Street South Bend, Indiana 46601 9. PVS Chemicals, Inc. (Michigan) P.O. Box 540 Wyandotta, Michigan 10. Davidson's Business Machines 1023 White Oak Drive South Bend, Indiana 46617 11. ADN Computer Systems, Inc. 3614 Mishawaka Avenue South Bend, Indiana 46615 Mr. Scott advised that it is the Committee's recommendation that the above listed companies be approved as qualified City bidders. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the recommendation was accepted and the applications approved. APPROVE REQUEST OF PARKVIEW TAVERN TO CLOSE ALLEY ADJACENT TO BUSINESS FOR ANNUAL HOG ROAST - JUNE 24, 1988 Mr. Leszczynski advised that the appropriate City departments and bureaus have reviewed the above referred to request submitted to the Board on May 31, 1988 and recommend approval. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the recommendation was accepted and the request approved.
