REGULAR MEETING JUNE 13, 1988 <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the above requests were approved as submitted. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the following three (3) traffic control devices were <br />approved: <br />1. NEW INSTALLATION, 2 HR. PARKING 6A - 6P <br />109 South St. Louis - eastside - from Washington <br />to 109 St. Louis (Requested by Dr. Allen) <br />2. NEW INSTALLATION, STOP SIGN <br />Portage and Pershing - Uncontrolled "T" <br />3. NEW INSTALLATION - STOP SIGN <br />Hilde Ct. at Delbert Drive - Uncontrolled "T" <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - CROSS CREEK(STREET/SEWER/WATER) <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Title Sheet for the above <br />referred to project was being presented at this time for <br />execution. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. <br />Humphreys and carried, the above referred to Title Sheet was <br />approved and signed. <br />APPROVE RELEASE OF EXCAVATION BOND <br />Mr. Melvin Humphrey, Engineering Department, recommended that the <br />Excavation Bond for R.C. Ferguson, Ferguson Michiana, Inc., be <br />released effective June 13, 1988. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the above <br />referenced Excavation Bond was released. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of twenty-five (25) properties cleaned from June 7, 1988 to <br />June 10, 1988, was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mrs. <br />DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job <br />Training Program, submitted a list containing one hundred nine <br />(109) claims and recommended approval. Additionally, Chief <br />Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring, submitted Claim Docket No. <br />9260 through Claim Docket No. 9569 and recommended approval. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the claims were approved and the reports as <br />submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:49 a.m. <br />;UZ <br />zczynski <br />�a &�� <br />Patr'cia E.
