REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 16, 1988 <br />APPROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br />The following Community Development Contract was presented to the <br />Board for approval: <br />TRKLA, PETTIGREW, ALLEN AND PAYNE, INC. <br />WEST WASHINGTON DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY <br />This activity involves the completion of a comprehensive <br />neighborhood preservation and development plan for the Near <br />Westside Neighborhood of South Bend, Indiana. The total <br />cost of this activity shall not exceed $40,000.00 <br />Ms. Betsy Harriman, Office of Community Development, advised that <br />this Contract is for the consultants fees for the development of <br />a plan for the near west side area. Mrs. Patricia E.
