Leszczynski <br />s/Patricia DeClercq <br />s/Katherine Humphreys <br />- SALE OF CITY- <br />T N.W. <br />CORNER OF LINCOLNWAY AND CHAPIN (INNERBELT) <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that in accordance with -the bid awarded <br />on October 28, 1985, for the purchase of the City -owned property <br />at the northwest corner of Lincolnway and Chapin (Innerbelt), to <br />American Plasma Management, Inc., 4764 South 9th East, Salt Lake <br />City, Utah, the appropriate Purchase Agreement was being <br />submitted at this time for Board approval. <br />Mr. Leszczynski further advised that submitted with the Purchase <br />Agreement was a check in the amount of $2,000.00 which was the <br />amount bid and accepted by the Board for this property. He <br />informed the Board that this property was appraised at $315.00 <br />and is residual property from the innerbelt construction. It was <br />noted that American Plasma Management requested a variance from <br />the Board of Zoning Appeals to utilize this property for <br />off-street parking in conjunction with its commercial business at <br />515 Lincolnway West, said variance granted on April 24, 1986. <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the Purchase Agreement was approved and executed. <br />APPROVE REQUEST OF MAURICE MATTHYS LI <br />LEAGUE TO CONDUCT <br />PARADE - MAY 14, 1988 <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the appropriate <br />have reviewed the above request submitted to <br />14, 1988, and recommend approval. Therefore, <br />by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />above referred to request was approved. <br />APPROVE REOUEST OF <br />City departments <br />the Board on March <br />upon a motion made <br />and carried, the <br />ORDER OF THE <br />DL&6/WUKLD TO CUNDUCT PARADE - JUNE 12, 1988 <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the appropriate City departments <br />have reviewed the above referred to request submitted to the <br />Board on February 1, 1988 and recommend approval. Mr. <br />Leszczynski stated that the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting has <br />advised that the marshalling area for this parade will be <br />Washington from Lafayette to Taylor with the parade route being <br />Washington west to Chapin and then Chapin south to Western <br />Avenue.
