DM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 15, 1988 <br />1. NEW INSTALLATION, 1 WAY EAST BOUND - 300 S. Main <br />1st East-West alley South of Wayne, between <br />Lafayette & Main (1 BT Bldg.) East half alley. <br />2. NEW INSTALLATION, STOP SIGN - On Viridian Drive at <br />Bendix. (New Street). <br />3. REMOVAL OF 30-MINUTE PARKING 12P - 9P - 3606 Western. <br />(Rice Record Shop, relocated). <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Carl J. Reinke and <br />Sons, Inc., P.O. Box 3095, South Bend, Indiana was accepted for <br />filing. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of fourteen (14) properties cleaned from February 5, 1988 <br />to February 11, 1988, was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mrs. <br />DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy City Controller John D. Leisenring, submitted Claim <br />Docket No. 4106 through Claim Docket No. 4346 and recommended <br />approval. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. <br />Leszczynski and carried, the claims were approved and the report <br />filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting was adjourned at 9:55 a.m. <br />ATTE <br />-Sandra M.
