Kennedy <br />529 North Niles Avenue <br />Women's clothing <br />Mr. Leszczynski further advised that favorable recommendations <br />have been received from the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, <br />Department of Code Enforcement, Police Department and Fire <br />Department on the above applications. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the above <br />license applications were approved and referred to the Deputy <br />Controller's office for issuance of licenses. <br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATIONS - PUBLIC PARKING FACILITY <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, applications submitted by the following applicants <br />were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's office for <br />issuance of licenses: <br />1. First Interstate Bank of Northern Indiana, N.A. <br />(formerly the National Bank & Trust Company) <br />115 West Franklin Place <br />2. First Interstate Bank of Northern Indiana, N.A. <br />(formerly the National Bank & Trust Company) <br />322 South Lafayette Blvd. <br />It was noted that the required Proof of Insurance as well as the <br />hours and rates to be charged were attached to the applications. <br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATION - RUBBISH AND GARBAGE <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that seven (7) Rubbish and Garbage <br />license applications have been received. <br />Mrs. DeClercq expressed concern that the applications were not <br />reviewed for zoning requirements. She advised that there have <br />been some problems with rubbish and garbage haulers conducting <br />the business from their homes and leaving the trucks filled with <br />garage parked on the street in front of their residence or on <br />1 <br />[1 <br />1 <br />
