REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 13, 1989 <br />343 <br />1 <br />11 <br />APPROVE AND RELEASE CONTRACTORS BONDS <br />Mr. Michael P. Meeks, Director, Division of Engineering, <br />recommended that the following Contractor's Bonds be approved <br />and/or released as indicated: <br />- Consolidated Construction Released Eff. 11/7/89 <br />- Rafael Sanchez Approved Eff. 11/9/89 <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the recommendation was accepted and the above <br />referred to bonds approved and/or released as recommended and <br />indicated above. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr: Juan Manigault, Executive Director, Employment Training <br />Services of St. Joseph County, submitted a list containing one <br />hundred ten (110) claims, Chief Deputy Controller John D. <br />Leisenring submitted Claim Docket No. 16442 through Claim Docket <br />No. 16605 and Voucher Nos. 888-921 for the Bureau of Wastewater, <br />Voucher Nos. 684-705 For the Bureau or Sewers and Voucher Nos. <br />61-63 for the Bureau of Solid Waste were submitted for approval. <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the claims were approved and the reports as <br />submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:37 a.m. <br />ATT T: <br />Sandra M.
