330 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 30, 1989 <br />odor coming from the Wastewater Treatment Plant and he inquired <br />if there was an increased odor because of the construction at the <br />Plant. <br />Mr. Jack Dillon, Director, Environmental Services, was present <br />and advised that certainly construction added to the difficulty <br />in treating wastewater, but the Plant has maintained its <br />compliance with its permit. Mr. Dillon further advised that they <br />do expect times of minor upsets but construction is going very <br />well. Mr. Dillon indicated that he would encourage concerned <br />citizens who call the radio station to be advised to contact the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant directly to have their concerns <br />addressed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:53 a.m. <br />c <br />J hn E.
