REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 2, 1989 <br />301 <br />Synagogue, 1102 East LaSalle Avenue, South Bend,.Indiana, advised <br />that High Holy Days will be held soon and therefore requested <br />that parking restrictions in the vicinity of the synagogue be <br />removed on the following dates: <br />Friday, September 29, 1989 <br />Monday, October 9, 1989 <br />Friday, October 13, 1989 <br />Friday, October 20, 1989 <br />As September 29, 1989, has already passed, Mrs. DeClercq made a <br />motion that the above referred to request be approved for the <br />remaining dates as indicated above. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the <br />motion which carried. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of twenty-five (25) properties cleaned on September 18, <br />1989, was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, <br />seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the report as submitted <br />was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, Employment Training <br />Services, submitted two (2) lists containing one hundred <br />ninety-five (195) claims and recommended approval. Additionally, <br />Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring, submitted Claim <br />Docket No. 14723 through Claim Docket No. 14932 and the Bureau of <br />Wastewater submitted Voucher Nos. 766-804 and recommended <br />approval. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. <br />Humphreys and carried the claims and vouchers were approved and <br />the reports as submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m. <br />Patricia E.
