1116
REGULAR MEETING
APRIL 24, 1989
REQUEST OF HATHAWAY, INC TO INSTALL PERMANENT LIFT IN ALLEY -
REFERRED
In a letter to the Board, Mr. Timothy E. Mathias, Hathaway., Inc.,
215 West Madison Street, South Bend, Indiana, advised that he is
one of the owners of the former J.C. Penny building at 220 South
Michigan Street.
