Lafayette, Jefferson <br />to City Parking lot drive, both <br />sides. <br />REMARKS: Temporary "No Parking" while <br />County -City Building is having <br />roof repairs - about three (3) <br />weeks beginning 4/10/89. <br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATIONS - RUBBISH AND GARBAGE REMOVAL <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the following two (2) Rubbish and <br />Garbage Removal license applications have been received: <br />1. Michael & Sue Clark <br />2615 Kenwood Avenue <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />2. Robert Lacy <br />1733 North College <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />It was noted that inspections of the trucks to be used have been <br />conducted by the Solid Waste Bureau and both applicants were <br />found to be in compliance. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the above <br />applications were approved and referred to the Deputy <br />Controller's office for issuance of licenses. <br />APPROVE AND/OR RELEASE CONTRACTORS BONDS <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Mr. Michael P. Meeks, Director, <br />Division of Engineering, has recommended that the Contractor's <br />Bond issued to Lorenzo Johnson be released effective March 14, <br />1989. Additionally, Mr. Meeks recommended that the Contractor's <br />Bond for C.E. Stafford be approved effective April 10, 1989. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the recommendation was accepted and the above bonds <br />approved and/or released as indicated above. <br />FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY MONTHLY REPORT - MARCH <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the Monthly Report for the month of March, <br />indicating the number and types of animals handled for the City <br />of South Bend, as submitted by the Humane Society of St. Joseph <br />County, Inc., was accepted for filing. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the Certificate of Insurance for David Pfeiffer, <br />
