Therefore, upon a motion <br />seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the <br />APPROVE APPLICATION FOR BIDDER QUALIFICATION <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the application for bidder <br />qualification as submitted by Badger Meter, Inc., Milwaukee, <br />Wisconsin, has been reviewed and it is recommended at this time <br />that Badger Meter be approved as a qualified City bidder. <br />Therefore, upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. <br />Humphreys and carried, the recommendation was accepted and the <br />application approved. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, Certificates of Insurance for the following were <br />accepted for filing as submitted: <br />1. Pence -Dickens & Heeter, Inc. <br />51240 Redwood Road 1906 East McKinley <br />South Bend, Indiana Mishawaka, Indiana 46545 <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of forty (40) properties cleaned from February 28, 1989 to <br />March 3, 1989, was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mrs. <br />DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring submitted Claim Docket <br />No. 5666 through Claim Docket No. 5872 for approval. Upon a <br />motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the claims were approved as submitted. Additionally, <br />Voucher Nos. 188-212 for the Bureau of Wastewater, Voucher Nos. <br />124-175 for the Bureau of Sanitation and Voucher Nos. 007-011 for <br />the Bureau of Solid Waste were submitted for approval.
