45 REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 13, 1989 1. First Interstate Bank of Northern Indiana 115 Franklin Place South Bend, Indiana ,2. First Interstate Bank of Northern Indiana 322 South Lafayette Boulevard South Bend, Indiana It was noted that the required Proof of Insurance as well as the hours and rates to be charged were attached to the applications. APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the following four (4) traffic control devices were approved: 1. NEW INSTALLATION: Stop Sign LOCATION: Meade and Colfax REMARKS: Previously unsigned T-intersection 2. REMOVAL: Handicap Tow Zone LOCATION: 1405 E. Dubail REMARKS: Mrs. Vitole deceased 3. NEW INSTALLATION: Handicap LOCATION: 133 East Milton REMARKS: Pursuant to request submitted to the Board on November 14, 1988 by Ms. Viola Laurence 4. NEW INSTALLATION: No Parking LOCATION: Edison - Crestwood to Hickory FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a total of forty-eight (48) properties cleaned from January 31, 1989 to February 3, 1989, was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the report as submitted was filed. FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY REPORT - JANUARY Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the Humane Society report for the month of January indicating the number of animals handled for the City of South Bend was accepted for filing as submitted. APPROVE CLAIMS Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring submitted Claim Docket No. 4389 through Claim Docket No. 4652 and Voucher Nos. 114-148 for the Bureau of Wastewater were submitted for approval. Upon a motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the claims were approved and the reports as submitted were filed.
