Wiggins, Project Super - <br />and is as follows: <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the above Quotations were referred to Mr. Dale <br />Balsbaugh, Theatre Director, Morris Civic Auditorium for review <br />and recommendation. <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 5-1989 - SCRAP METAL/JUNK DEALERS/TRANSFER <br />STATION LICENSE APPLICATIONS FOR 1989 <br />Mrs. Patricia E. DeClercq, Director, Department of Code <br />Enforcement, advised that the Fire Department Prevention Bureau <br />and the Department of Code Enforcement have reviewed the <br />seventeen (17) Scrap Metal/Junk Dealers/Transfer Station License <br />applications as submitted for licenses for 1989, have inspected <br />the premises of each applicant and at this time approval of the <br />applications is recommended. Therefore, upon a motion made by <br />Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the <br />recommendation was accepted, Resolution No. 5-1989 was adopted <br />and the Clerk instructed to forward to the Common Council a <br />similar Resolution for their consideration and approval: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5-1989 <br />WHEREAS, scrap metal/junk dealers/transfer stations license <br />renewal applications for the year 1989 have been received by the <br />Board of Public Works; and <br />WHEREAS, inspections of the properties have been completed <br />by the Department of Code Enforcement and the Fire Prevention <br />Bureau as required by Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 4-51 of the <br />Municipal Code; and <br />fl <br />
