30 REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 30, 1989 - No turn on red shall be established on the north, south, east and west approaches to the intersection of US 20 (McKinley Avenue) and Ironwood Drive. - No turn on read shall be established on the north, south, east and west approaches to the intersection of US 20 (Lincolnway) and Sheridan Avenue. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the Official Actions as submitted by the Indiana Department of Highways to establish the above referred to controls were approved and executed. APPROVE CONTRACTORS AND EXCAVATION BONDS Mr. Leszczynski stated that Mr. Michael P. Meeks, Director, Division of Engineering, has advised that he recommends that the following Contractors and Excavation Bonds be approved: CONTRACTORS BONDS - Norbert and Harold Goeller, d/b/a Best Bet Concrete EXCAVATION BONDS - Ron Gillean, d/b/a Quality Plumbing - LaFree Excavating, Inc. Effective 1/30/89 Effective 1/24/89 Effective 1/30/89 Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the recommendation was accepted and the bonds approved. APPROVE CLAIMS Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring submitted Claim Docket No. 3537 through Claim Docket No. 3838 and Claim Docket No. 3846 through Claim Docket No. 4098 for approval. Additionally, Voucher Nos. 085-113 for the Bureau of Wastewater, Voucher Nos. 051-069 for the Bureau of Sewers and Voucher No. 004 for the Bureau of Solid Waste were submitted for approval. Upon a motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the claims were approved and the reports as submitted were filed. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:14 a.m. .,'oh E.
