REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 10, 1990 FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS Two (2) reports from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a total of twenty-four (24) City/Miscellaneous properties cleaned from November 27, 1990 to November 30, 1990, and forty-five (45) other properties cleaned from November 27, 1990 to November 30, 1990 were submitted. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the reports as submitted were filed. APPROVE CLAIMS Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job Training Program, submitted a list containing ninety-five (95) claims, Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring submitted Claim Docket No. 17122 through Claim Docket No. 17485 and Voucher Nos. 972-984 for the Bureau of Wastewater, Voucher Nos. 831-884 for the Bureau of Sewers and Voucher Nos. 58-60 for the Bureau of Solid Waste were submitted for approval. Upon a motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the claims and vouchers were approved and the reports as submitted were filed.. SETTING OF SPECIAL MEETING DATE Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board of Public Works will conduct a Special Meeting on Thursday, December 13, 1990 at 9:00 a.m. to adopt a Resolution to declaring the City's intent to execute a Lease Purchase Agreement for the National Mill Supply Building. Therefore, Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the date of December 13, 1990 be set for a Special Meeting of the Board. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:48 a.m. JQRzn E.
