REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 26. 1990 <br />385 <br />recommended that the Board approve the Contractor's Bond for Gary <br />Aust, 61168 State Road #15, Goshen, Indiana. Therefore, Mrs. <br />DeClercq made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and <br />the bond be approved. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which <br />carried. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Mr. Clinton Yeager, <br />d/b/a Bonneyville Carriage Rides, 15799 CR 8, Bristol, Indiana, <br />was accepted and filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy City Controller John D. Leisenring, submitted Claim <br />Docket No. 16718 through Claim Docket No. 17037 and recommended <br />approval. Additionally, voucher Nos. 910-957 for the Bureau of <br />Wastewater, Voucher Nos. 764-830 for the Bureau of Sewers and <br />Voucher Nos. 52-57 for the Bureau of Solid Waste were submitted <br />for approval. Also, Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, <br />Employment Training Services of St. Joseph County, submitted a <br />list containing ninety (90) claims and recommended approval <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the claims and vouchers were approved and the <br />report: as submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:53 a.m. <br />4Jn �,.Leszczyns&iv <br />Patricia E.
