Upon a motion <br />made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, <br />the above referred to Title Sheet was approved and signed. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />Two (2) reports from the Department of Code Enforcement <br />indicating a total of fifty one (51) City -owned and miscellaneous <br />properties cleaned from September 10, 1990 to September 14, 1990, <br />and thirty (30) other properties cleaned from September 10, 1990 <br />to September 13 1990, were submitted. Upon a motion made by <br />Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the reports <br />as submitted were filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring submitted Claim Docket <br />No. 14173 through Claim Docket No. 14391 and recommended <br />approval. <br />Additionally, Mr. Juan A. Manigault, Executive Director, <br />Employment and Training Services of St. Joseph County, submitted <br />two (2) lists containing one hundred forty-three (143) claims and <br />recommended approval. <br />Finally, Voucher Nos. 750-798 for the Bureau of Wastewater, <br />Voucher Nos. 608-649 for the Bureau of Sewers and Voucher Nos. <br />43-45 for the Bureau of Solid Waste were submitted for approval. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the claims and vouchers were approved and the <br />reports as submitted were filed. <br />
