I� 260 <br />REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 27, 1990 <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring submitted Claim Docket <br />No. 12992 through 13281 and recommended approval. Additionally, <br />Voucher Nos. 689-720 for the Bureau of Wastewater, Voucher Nos. <br />549-585 for the Bureau of Sewers and Voucher Nos. 41-42 for the <br />Bureau of Solid Waste were submitted for approval. Upon a motion <br />made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, <br />the claims and vouchers were approved and the reports as <br />submitted were filed. <br />APPROVE REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR THE <br />LEASE PURCHASE OF FOUR (4) COPIERS <br />Ms. Maureen Dabrowiak, Purchasing Department, requested that the <br />Board advertise for the receipt of bids for the lease purchase of <br />four (4) copiers. Ms. Humphreys made a motion that the request <br />be approved. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT - 1990 CONCRETE IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that in accordance with the bid awarded <br />on August 13, 1990, to Kankakee Valley Construction Company, <br />Inc., P.O. Box 1471, LaPorte, Indiana, in the amount of <br />$71,224.50 for the above referred to project, a Contract in said <br />amount was being submitted for Board approval. Upon a motion <br />made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, <br />the Contract was approved and the appropriate Certificate of <br />Insurance, Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond <br />were accepted for filing as submitted. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:48 a.m. <br />AMA <br />L, PA 101 <br />-7 1 <br />WPM] <br />Patricia E.
