Coty, Jr. Approve <br />Effective <br />8-20-90 <br />- Star Construction <br />Approve <br />Effective <br />8-20-90 <br />- Eugene E. Williams, <br />Jr. Release <br />Effective <br />8-20-90 <br />EXCAVATION BOND <br />- James Brown, d/b/a <br />Metropolitan Home <br />Plumbing Services, <br />Inc. <br />Release <br />Effective <br />11-14-90 <br />Therefore, Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the recommendation be <br />accepted and the above bonds be approved and/or released as <br />indicated above. Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which <br />carried. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />Two (2) reports from the Department of Code Enforcement <br />indicating a total of sixty-two (62) City -owned and <br />miscellaneous properties cleaned from July 23, 1990 to July 26, <br />1990, and forty-eight (48) other properties cleaned from July 23, <br />1990 to July 26, 1990, were submitted. Upon a motion made by <br />Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the reports <br />as submitted were filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy City Controller John D. Leisenring, submitted Claim <br />Docket No. 12641 through Claim Docket No. 12989 and recommended <br />approval. Additionally, Mr. Juan A. Manigault, Executive <br />Director, Employment and Training Services of St. Joseph County, <br />submitted two (2) lists containing a total of one hundred thirty <br />one (131) claims and recommended approval. Therefore, upon a <br />motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and <br />carried, the claims were approved and the reports as submitted <br />were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:53 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Sandra M.
