151 <br />REGULAR MEETING APRIL 30, 1990 <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the above names were accepted for filing and added <br />to the list. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of sixty-one (61) properties cleaned from April 16, 1990 to <br />April 20, 1990, was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mrs. <br />DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, Employment Training <br />Services of St. Joseph County, submitted a list containing <br />seventy-eight (78) claims and recommended approval. <br />Additionally, Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring, <br />submitted Claim Docket No. 7694 through Claim Docket No. 8006 <br />and recommended approval. Upon a motion made by Ms. Humphreys, <br />seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the claims were approved <br />and the reports as submitted were filed. <br />APPROVE CONTRACT FOR SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY AT PUBLIC AUCTION <br />- KASER AUCTION SERVICE (POLICE DEPARTMENT) <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that pursuant to the Board's approval on <br />March 19, 1990, of the request of the Police Department to <br />dispose of unclaimed bicycles and other unclaimed property at a <br />Public Auction to be held on May 5, 1990, the appropriate <br />Contract with Kaser Auction Service, 68099 Sycamore Road, North <br />Liberty, Indiana, has been submitted for Board approval. The <br />Contract indicated that Kaser Auction Service will be paid an <br />eight per cent (80) Commission for providing auction services for <br />this event. Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the Contract as <br />submitted be approved. Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which <br />carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m. <br />Jo Jo E.
