AMOUNT BID <br />4. 12002 $ 50.00 <br />5. 12215 $ 75.00 <br />6. 12216 $ 75.00 <br />7. 12269 $ 30.00 <br />8. 12278 $300.01 <br />9. 12407 $ 20.00 <br />11. 12442 $ 20.00 <br />13. 12600 $ 20.00 <br />15. 12861 $ 20.00 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the above bids were referred to the Department of <br />Code Enforcement for review and recommendation. <br />APPROVE REVISED TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that a revised Traffic Signal Maintenance <br />Agreement between the State of Indiana through the Indiana <br />Department of Highways and the City of South Bend has been <br />submitted to the Board for approval and execution. <br />Mr. Leszczynski noted that this Agreement was originally approved <br />and executed by the Board on February 19, 1990. However, <br />subsequent to that approval and execution by the State, some <br />minor modifications were made in the language of the Agreement. <br />Therefore, Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the revised <br />Agreement as submitted today be approved and executed. Mrs. <br />DeClercq seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE INDIANA MICHIGAN POWER AGREEMENT - WASTEWATER TREATMENT <br />PLANT - DAF BUILDING <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that Indiana Michigan Power Company, 100 <br />East Wayne Street, P.O. Box 1731, South Bend, Indiana, has <br />submitted an Agreement which provides for new service to the DAF <br />building at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 3113 Riverside <br />Drive. The Agreement submitted today is required for this new <br />service which will add the DAF building to the metered tariff. <br />Mr. Leszczynski therefore made a motion that the Agreement be <br />approved and executed. Ms. Humphrey seconded the motion which <br />carried. <br />FILING OF BID EXTENSIONS - AUTOMATED INFORMATION PROCESSING <br />SYSTEM <br />Mr. Leszczynski indicated that on March 12, 1990 the Board <br />approved and executed a letter which was sent to vendors who <br />submitted bids on December 18, 1989 for the automated information <br />processing system asking them if they would be willing to <br />
