30 <br />REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 22, 1990 <br />APPROVE PUBLIC PARKING FACILITY LICENSE APPLICATION <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the following Public Parking Facility license <br />application was approved: <br />NAME: First Interstate Bank of Northern, Indiana <br />ADDRESS: 115 Franklin Place <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />It is noted that the required proof of insurance as well as the <br />hours and rates to be charged were attached to the application. <br />APPROVE RUBBISH & GARBAGE REMOVAL LICENSE APPLICATION <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Rubbish and Garbage Removal <br />license application submitted by Browning -Ferris of Indiana, <br />Inc., 1750 West Lusher Street, Elkhart, Indiana, has been <br />reviewed and is recommended for approval. Mrs. DeClercq made a <br />motion that the license application be approved. Mr. Leszczynski <br />seconded the motion which carried. <br />FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY MONTHLY REPORT - DECEMBER. 1989 <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Humane Society of St. Joseph <br />County, IN, Inc., has submitted the monthly report for the month <br />of December, 1989 which indicates the number and types of animals <br />handled for the City of South Bend. Mrs. DeClercq made a motion <br />that the report as submitted be accepted for filing. Mr. <br />Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, Employment and Training <br />Services of St. Joseph County submitted a list containing one <br />hundred thirty-seven (137) claims and recommended approval. <br />Additionally, Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring, <br />submitted Claim Docket No. 3632 through Claim Docket No. 3810 <br />and recommended approval. Upon a motion made by Ms. Humphreys, <br />seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the claims were approved <br />and the reports as submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:08 a.m. <br />ATT T: <br />ti�V� <br />Sandra M.
