REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 25, 1991 <br />APPROVEREQUEST TO <br />R THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - <br />TWENTY-FIVE (25), MORE OR LESS, POLICE PATROL AUTOMOBILES <br />In a letter to the Board, Mr. Phil St. Clair, Director, Division <br />of Equipment Services, requested that the Board advertise for the <br />receipt of bids for twenty-five (25), more or less, 1992 Police <br />Patrol Automobiles. Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the request <br />be approved. Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - T <br />(20), MORE OR LESS, 1990 OR NEWER USED FOUR DOOR SEDAN <br />AUTOMOBILES <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of <br />from Mr. Phil St. Clair, Director Division of Equipment <br />a letter <br />Services, requesting that the Board advertise for the receipt of <br />twenty (20), more or less, used 1990 model year or newer four <br />door sedan automobiles. Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the <br />request be approved. Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which <br />carried. <br />APPROVE AGREEMENT FOR GRANT OF PERPETUAL EASEMENT AND TEMPORARY <br />OCCUPANCY OF THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AND GRANT OF EASEMENT - <br />SAINT JOSEPH'S MEDICAL CENTER <br />It is noted that submitted to the Board for consideration were <br />documents which have been prepared in response to the two (2) <br />requests previously submitted by Saint Joseph's Medical Center <br />for an Easement to construct a tunnel under Cedar Street as well <br />as for permission to temporarily close Cedar Street for <br />approximately one -hundred eighty (180) days in conjunction with <br />construction of said tunnel. <br />There being no comments or questions by members of the Board, <br />Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the above referenced documents <br />as submitted be approved and executed. Ms. Humphreys seconded <br />the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE TEMPORARY RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT - SUPERAMERICA - RIVER <br />CROSSING I PROJECT <br />Board Attorney Mary Mueller advised the Board that submitted <br />today for approval and execution is a Temporary Right of Entry <br />Agreement between Superamerica Group, Inc. and the City of South <br />Bend in regards to the River Crossing I Project which will entail <br />use of Superamerica property for part of the sewer installation. <br />Therefore, Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the Agreement be <br />approved and executed.
