REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 4, 1991 retroactive and any and all acts authorized hereunder performed prior to the passage of this resolution are hereby ratified and affirmed. I, Sandra M. Parmerlee, Clerk of the Board of Public Works of CITY OF SOUTH BEND hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a resolution duly and legally adopted by the Board of Public Works at a legal meeting of said Board of Public Works duly and regularly held on Monday, November 4, 1991 and that said resolution has not been revoked. Parmerlee Title: Clerk, Board of Public Works ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 45-1991 - AUTHORIZING THE EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND FOR REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE ST. JOSEPH COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Resolution submitted to the Board today relates to a parcel of property on Cleveland Road that is currently being utilized by Organic Resources as a sludge farm, which will be given to the Airport Authority for use as a clear zone. In exchange, the Airport Authority is willing to provide to the City another parcel of property on Cleveland Road. Therefore, Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the Resolution as submitted be adopted. Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which carried and the following Resolution No. 45-1991 was adopted: RESOLUTION NO. 45-1991 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AUTHORIZING THE EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND FOR REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE ST. JOSEPH COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana (hereinafter, the "City") is the owner of a parcel of real property, situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows: A parcel of land being a part of the East half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 38 North, Range 2 East, German Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning point being at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28; thence South along the North -South Centerline of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28 a distance of 390.0 feet; thence
