265 REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 19, 1991 OPENING OF STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATION - CONTROL, INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FACILITY PLAN - WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT Mr. Leszczynski advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Statements of Qualification for a Control, Information and Communication System Facility Plan for the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Girman Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the Statements of Qualification were referred to the Division of Environmental Services for review and recommendation. PUBLIC HEARING AND FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION - VACAT.ION OF A PORTION OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD RUNNING FROM THE EAST LINE OF LOUISE STREET TO THE WEST LINE OF ROBERTS STREET FOR A DISTANCE OF 154 FEET Mr. Leszczynski advised that this was the date set for the Board's Public Hearing on the proposed vacation of the following right-of-way: A portion of the right-of-way of Northside Boulevard running from the East line of Louise Street to the West line of Roberts Street for a distance of 154 feet. It was noted that this Public Hearing is being held in order for the Board to submit a recommendation to the Common Council concerning the Vacation Petition filed by Mr. Roger Nawrot, Cole Associates, Inc., 2211 East Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana, on behalf of the Petitioner, Mr. Frank Mulligan, General Manager, South Bend Controls, 1237 Northside Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana. It was further noted that pursuant to South Bend Municipal Code Section 18-53-8, owners whose property abut the proposed street to be vacated as well as property owners within one hundred fifty (150) feet of the public right-of-way to be vacated, were notified of the Board's Public Hearing date.
