1 <br />REGULAR MEETING JUNE 24, 1991 <br />Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the recommendation be accepted <br />and the bonds be approved. Mrs. DeClercq seconded the motion <br />which carried. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS LISTS <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of two (2) <br />lists from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating that <br />forty-four (44) properties were cleaned from June 10, 1991 to <br />.June 13, 1991 and fifty-one (51) City-owned/Miscellaneous <br />properties were cleaned from June 10, 1991 to June 13, 1991. <br />Mrs. DeClercq therefore made a motion that the lists as submitted <br />be filed. Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, Employment and Training <br />Service of St. Joseph County, submitted a list containing one <br />hundred ninety (190) claims and recommended approval. <br />Additionally, Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring, <br />submitted Claim Docket No. 7493 through Claim Docket No. 7765 <br />and recommended approval. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, <br />seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the claims were approved <br />and the reports as submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />Motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 a.m. <br />ATT T: <br />Sandra M.
