The total cost of this <br />activity shall not exceed $90,000.00. <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the above referred to Contract was approved and <br />executed. <br />APPROVE CONTRACTS FOR SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY AT PUBLIC AUCTION <br />Mr. Leszczyr_ski advised that Police Chief Ronald G. Marciniak <br />submitted to the Board a Contract for Sale of Personal Property <br />at Public Auction between the City and Kaser's Auction Service, <br />68099 Sycamore Road, North Liberty, Indiana, in regards to the <br />public auction to be held at the Police Department on May 18, <br />1991, to dispose of unclaimed property. <br />Additionally, Mr. Phil St. Clair, Director, Equipment Services, <br />submitted a Contract for Sale of Personal Property at Public <br />Auction between the City and Kaser's Auction Service in regards <br />to the public auction that will be held on April 20, 1991, to <br />dispose of approximately seventy-three (73) vehicles, seven (7) <br />dump beds and nine (9) pieces of miscellaneous equipment that was <br />declared obsolete by the Board on April 1, 1991. <br />Therefore, Ms. Humphreys made a motion that these two (2) <br />
