REGULAR MEETING <br />APRIL 8, 1991 <br />FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY MONTHLY REPORT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of the <br />Monthly Service Report as submitted by the Humane Society of St. <br />Joseph County, IN, Inc., for the month of March, 1991, indicating <br />the number and types of animals handled for the City of South <br />Bend. Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the report be accepted <br />for filing. Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which carried. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, Certificates of Insurance for the following were <br />accepted and filed: <br />1. Reinke Construction Corporation and <br />Reibro Development Corporation <br />P.O. Box 3095 <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />2. C. E. Stafford Construction Company, Inc. <br />111 South Cherry Street <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of two (2) <br />lists from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating that <br />twenty-seven (27) properties were cleaned from March 25, 1991 to <br />March 28, 1991 and that seventeen (17) City Owned/Miscellaneous <br />properties were cleaned from March 25, 1991 to March 28, 1991. <br />Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the lists as submitted be <br />filed. Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job <br />Training Program, submitted a list containing seventy-five (75) <br />claims and recommended approval. Additionally, Chief Deputy <br />Controller John D. Leisenring, submitted Claim Docket No. 3626 <br />through Claim Docket No. 3897 and recommended approval. Upon a <br />motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the claims were approved and the reports as submitted <br />were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:47 a.m. <br />Jo n E. &LeszQzynskjU <br />Patr is E.
