REGULAR MEETING MARCH 25, 1991 <br />EXCAVATION BOND <br />Ross A. Catanzarite, Jr., Release Effective 3-15-91 <br />d/b/a South Bend Plumbing <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the bonds were approved and/or released as indicated <br />above. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the following one (1) traffic control device was <br />approved: <br />1. NEW INSTALLATION: Handicap - One (1) space <br />LOCATION: 718 North Allen Street <br />REMARKS: Request of Mr. James White <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of two (2) <br />lists from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating that <br />twenty-five (25) properties were cleaned from March 11, 1991 to <br />March 15, 1991 and that fifteen (15) City Owned/Miscellaneous <br />properties were cleaned from March 11, 1991 to March 15, 1991. <br />Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the lists as submitted be <br />filed. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy City Controller John D. Leisenring submitted Claim <br />Docket No. 2915 through 3196 and Claim Docket No. 3206 through <br />3427 and recommended approval. Upon a motion made by Mrs. <br />DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the claims <br />were approved and the reports filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:59 a.m. <br />J hn E.
