E <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 25, 1991 <br />Mrs. Patricia E. DeClercq, Director, Department of Code <br />Enforcement, advised that Warner and Sons has supplied to her <br />office the required Occupancy and Demolition Bonds in conjunction <br />with this project. <br />Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by <br />Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the request to occupy the public <br />right-of-way in conjunction with the demolition of the <br />Transwestern Building Project was approved. <br />APPROVE SECONDHAND DEALERS LICENSE APPLICATIONS <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the following four (4) secondhand <br />dealers license applications have been received: <br />NAME: <br />BY: <br />ADDRESS: <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELLING: <br />NAME: <br />BY: <br />ADDRESS: <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELLING: <br />NAME: <br />BY: <br />ADDRESS: <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELLING: <br />NAME: <br />BY: <br />ADDRESS: <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELLING: <br />WESTERN ELECTRONICS <br />Mr. Vendel Vegh <br />1530 Western Avenue <br />Used & new merchandise <br />RED'S PAWN SHOP <br />Mr. Stephen A. Krupnik <br />1072 Lincolnway East <br />Unredeemed Pledges <br />CLOTHES AND THINGS <br />Ms. Cheryl McIntosh <br />1029 East Madison <br />Clothes, furniture and <br />miscellaneous <br />CLASSIC BOUTIQUE <br />Ms. Ethel Anderson <br />1636 L.W.W. <br />Used furniture & miscellaneous <br />Mr. Leszczynski further advised that favorable recommendations <br />have been received from the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, <br />Department of Code Enforcement, Police Department and Fire <br />Department on the above applications. Upon a motion made by Ms. <br />Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the above <br />license applications were approved and referred to the Deputy <br />Controller's office for issuance of licenses. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the following one (1) traffic control device was <br />approved: <br />1. NEW INSTALLATION: <br />LOCATION: <br />REMARKS: <br />No Parking <br />815 South Lafayette <br />Requested by Police <br />Traffic Safety <br />Department - <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of two (2) <br />lists from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating that <br />sixty-nine (69) properties were cleaned from February 4, 1991 and <br />February 16, 1991 and that twenty-seven (27) City Owned/ <br />Miscellaneous properties were cleaned from February 5, 1991 to <br />February 13, 1991. Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the lists as <br />submitted be filed. Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which <br />carried. <br />fj <br />
