APPROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT The following Community Development Contract was presented to the Board for approval: C.A.N.C.O., INC. C.A.N.C.O. NEGLECT PREVENTION ACTIVITY The targeted goal for this activity is to provide crisis intervention counseling to seventy-five families within the Community Development Neighborhood Revitalization Area. The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $23,870.00. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the above referred to Contract was approved and executed. APPROVE UTILITY AGREEMENTS Mr. Leszczynski advised that Mr. Robert Kruszynski, Manager, Department of Sanitation, has submitted to the Board for approval and execution two (2) Utility Agreements giving the City permission to lay or maintain its sewer in the rights -of -way for the proposed rebuild of the following two (2) streets: Corby Boulevard - Niles Avenue to Twyckenham (Project #M-S 030) and Twyckenham Drive - McKinley Avenue to South Bend Avenue (Project # M-S 140). Mr. Kruszynski also noted that the City will also abide by its own rules regarding servicing, replacing, and maintaining those sewers. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the Utility Agreements were approved and executed.
