REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 18, 1991 <br />11 <br />for the Operation of Taxicabs as submitted by J.J.R. Taxi, 1615 <br />Lincoln Highway East, South Bend, Indiana as submitted by Mr. <br />David Courtney, Treasurer. Therefore, Mr. Leszczynski made a <br />motion that the application be accepted for filing. Mrs. <br />DeClercq seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOW BACKWATER GATE <br />REPLACEMENT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Title Sheet for the above <br />referred to project was being presented at this time for <br />execution. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. <br />.Leszczynski and carried, the above referred to Title Sheet was <br />approved and signed. <br />FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY MONTHLY REPORT <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the Humane Society of St. Joseph <br />County, IN, Inc., has submitted the monthly report for the month <br />of January, 1991, indicating the number and types of animals <br />handled for the City of South Bend. Mrs. DeClercq made a motion <br />that the report be accepted for filing as submitted. Ms. <br />Humphreys seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, Employment and Training <br />Services of St. Joseph County, submitted a list containing one <br />hundred sixty-three (163) claims and recommended approval. Upon <br />a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and <br />carried, the claims were approved and the report as submitted was <br />filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:57 a.m. <br />SJ)hn qE.LsVzcz"y�nt11i/' <br />Wa:2�-0 (� a 2- " � '�' — <br />Patricia E.
