Box 846 <br />Mishawaka, Indiana 46544-0846 <br />Bid was signed by Mr. Damon Deacon, President, Non -Collusion <br />Affidavit was in order, Non -Discrimination Commitment form <br />was completed and a Certified Check in the amount of <br />$2,000.00 was submitted. <br />BID: $39,790.00 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the above bids were refereed to the Engineering <br />Department and the Department of Economic Development for review <br />and recommendation. <br />In response to questions from the news media regarding when the <br />City anticipates the asbestos abatement and demolition projects <br />getting underway, Mr. Leszczynski advised that it is anticipated <br />that these projects will begin as soon as possible after bid <br />review and award. <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NOS. 4 & 5-1991 - AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY <br />OBSTRUCTION OF A PORTION OF TUCKER STREET AND GRANT STREET <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Resolutions submitted to the <br />Board today are renewals of Resolution Nos. 31-1989 and 32-1989 <br />which the Board adopted on August 21, 1989, which allows the <br />closing off of these dead-end streets by Steel Warehouse. Mr. <br />Leszczynski noted that it has been determined that this action is <br />in the best interests of the City and therefore the renewal <br />Resolutions have been prepared. <br />1 <br />1 <br />
