REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 28, 1991 <br />m <br />REMARKS: <br />Mr. Smith, who previously requested <br />the signs, now resides at neither <br />address. This action corrects <br />previous traffic control device <br />dated 12-17-90. <br />APPROVE AND OR RELEASE CONTRACTORS AND EXCAVATION BONDS <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that <br />the Engineering Department has <br />recommended that the following bonds be approved and/or released <br />as indicated: <br />CONTRACTOR'S BONDS <br />Emma Linares <br />Release Effective 2-2-91 <br />T.J. Ready & Sons <br />Release Effective 10-19-91 <br />Robert A. Trowbridge <br />Release Effective 1-28-91 <br />EXCAVATION BOND <br />- Edward J. White, Inc. <br />Approve Effective 1-28-91 <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the above bonds were approved and/or released as <br />indicated above. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Peerless -Midwest, <br />Inc., P.O. Box 26, Granger, Indiana, was accepted and filed. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of two (2) <br />lists from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating that <br />seven (7) City/Miscellaneous Properties were cleaned from January <br />14, 1991 to January 17, 1991 and that thirty-four (34) other <br />properties were cleaned from January 14, 1991 through January 19, <br />1991. Therefore, Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the lists as <br />submitted be accepted for filing. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the <br />motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy City Controller John D. Leisenring, submitted Claim <br />Docket No. 752 through Claim Docket No. 1084 and recommended <br />approval.
