23 <br />REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 28, 1991 <br />handicapped persons residing within the corporate boundaries of <br />the City of South Bend. The total cost of this activity shall <br />not exceed $29,379.00. <br />NORTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL, INC. <br />NORTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to be open two hundred <br />forty (240) days for public access to the Center and the <br />services it provides. The total cost of this activity shall <br />not exceed $4,832.00. <br />COMMUNITY COORDINATED CHILD CARE, INC. <br />DAY CARE SUBSIDY ACTIVITY <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to provide three <br />thousand two hundred (3,200) child days of services. The <br />total cost of this activity shall not exceed $42,087.00. <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />REDEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to provide staffing <br />and technical support for the CDBG program, West Washington <br />project, Monroe Park, Central Business District, East Bank, <br />Studebaker Corridor, Urban Enterprise Zone, Economic <br />Development loans, Airport 2010 and various other projects <br />within the City. The total cost of this activity shall not <br />exceed $174,400.00. <br />HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION <br />FAIR HOUSING COUNSELING ACTIVITY <br />Program guidelines for this activity indicate that <br />examples of duties which the staff personnel will undertake <br />are to conciliate all discrimination in housing complaints <br />filed with the Human Rights Commission, formulate proposed <br />consent agreements as a means of rectifying unlawful housing <br />discrimination and to conduct post finding reviews with <br />Complainant and respondent. The total cost of this activity <br />shall not exceed $13,000.00 for personnel costs. <br />MADISON CENTER, INC. <br />SEXUAL ASSAULT INTERVENTION PROJECT <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to counsel eighty (80) <br />victims and provide outreach, education and support services <br />to two thousand five hundred (2,500) non -victim individuals. <br />The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $23,290.00. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the above referred to Contracts were approved and <br />executed. <br />APPROVE PROPOSAL FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES - POINTE VIRIDIAN AREA <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Clyde E. Williams & Associates, <br />Inc., 1843 Commerce Drive, South Bend, Indiana, submitted a <br />Proposal for final design for Viridian Drive as requested by the <br />Department of Redevelopment. <br />The Proposal indicates that Clyde E. Williams will provide <br />photogrammetric, survey and design engineering services for the <br />completion of Viridian Drive and to revise the current plans for <br />Viridian Lake. The total project fee for this project shall not <br />exceed $25,712.00. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the <br />Proposal as submitted be approved. Ms. Humphreys seconded the <br />motion which carried. <br />
