REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 21, 1992 West line of Michigan Street, 35 feet; thence West 10 rods, more or less, to the East line of a public alley; thence North on the East line of said alley, 35 feet; thence East 10 rods, more or less, to the place of beginning, and now known as Lot Lettered A as shown on the recorded Plat of Stull's Third Addition to the City of South Bend. Key No. 18-8004-0192, for One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, shall be, and hereby is, approved. 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of South Bend shall be, and hereby are, authorized and requested to execute and attest to the execution of, respectively, a Quit Claim Deed to effectuate such conveyance. 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption. ADOPTED at a meeting of the Board of Public Works held on December 21, 1992, at 1308 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601. AREA IN CENTRE TOWNSHIP (HICKEY ANNEXATION - EAST SIDE OF THE SOUTHERN END OF SAMPSON DRIVE EXTENDED SOUTH OF GALWAY DRIVE) ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 52-1992 - ADOPTING A WRITTEN FISCAL PLAN AND ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO AN ANNEXED AREA IN PENN TOWNSHIP (KERCHEIER ANNEXATION - 600' EAST OF IRONWOOD ROAD ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF I14WOOD ROAD) ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 53-1992 - ADOPTING A WRITTEN FISCAL PLAN AND ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO AN ANNEXED AREA IN CLAY TOWNSHIP (STOUFFER ANNEXATION - NORTH SIDE OF CREEKVIEW DRIVE WITHIN THE CREEKWOOD VILLAS SUBDIVISION) ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 54-1992 - ADOPTING A WRITTEN FISCAL PLAN AND ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO AN ANNEXED AREA IN PENN TOWNSHIP (MUESSEL ANNEXATION - 200' FEET EAST OF IRONWOOD ROAD AND 1,110 FEET NORTH OR IRELAND ROAD) Mr. Larry Magliozzi, Assistant Director, Department of Economic Development, Division of Planning and Neighborhood Development, was present and addressed the Board concerning Resolution Nos. 50 through 54-1992. It was noted that these City initiated annexations are part of the recommendation as the result of the Cole Associates annexation study.
