Mueller advised that the <br />Resolution submitted to the Board today is in regards to the <br />lease of Suite 100 at the old First Source Bank Building, 205 <br />West Jefferson Boulevard, by the City/County Building <br />Department. Mrs. Mueller advised that the Board of Public Works, <br />through this Resolution, expresses its intent to lease this space <br />for the building department. She further noted that remodeling <br />of the premises will be done in an amount just under $25,000.00. <br />The lease amounts are also spelled out in the Resolution. <br />Mrs. Mueller made a motion that the Board adopt the Resolution, <br />which has been submitted, accepted for filing the proposed lease, <br />the Petition containing at least fifty (50) signatures of <br />1 <br />
