NEW INSTALLATION: SPEED LIMIT - 25 MPH <br />LOCATION: Mayflower Road from Old <br />Cleveland to Nimtz Parkway <br />REMARKS: Airport 2010 Project <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEETS <br />- SPRINGWOOD ESTATES - WATER <br />- FARMINGTON MEADOWS - PHASE II (SEWER/WATER) <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Mueller <br />and carried, the above referred to title sheets were approved and <br />signed. <br />APPROVE RUBBISH AND GARBAGE REMOVAL LICENSE APPLICATION <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of a license <br />application for Rubbish and Garbage Removal Service as submitted <br />by Mr. Willie J. Alsander, Sr., 3719 W. Jefferson, South Bend, <br />Indiana. It is noted that this license application has been <br />reviewed by the Department of Code Enforcement and is recommended <br />for approval. Additionally, the Bureau of Solid Waste has <br />inspected and approved the vehicle to be utilized in this <br />operation.
